Our renovated, comfortable, detached Finnish Bungalow is located at 't Hooge Holt, a family park, in Gramsbergen, a cozy village in the Vechtdal.
The house is practically furnished and has a living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, two bedrooms and a room with working area and built-in infrared sauna, balcony facing south.
At the park various facilities including the guesthouse Spiezz, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor playground, two outdoor playgrounds (spring 2017), animation team, sports facilities and bowling alley.
This fine family park is located in Overrijssel. The surroundings of Gramsbergen offer a wealth of activities, including beautiful cycling and walking routes, historic towns and amusement parks such as Park Slagharen, Wildlands Adventure Zoo (30 km) and Plopsa Indoor, making a day trip with the children a must. Also at the park there are plenty of facilities. At 't Hooge Holt you will find plenty of rest, relaxation and fun, making for a varied and unforgettable holiday.

The detached bungalow is situated on a quiet spot. A few minutes walk from all amenities The house is surrounded by greenery and fully equipped, is modern and in excellent condition.

The center of Gramsbergen is small but nice, nice shops, restaurants and cafes contribute to the cosiness that this town exudes. From the park you can walk within 10 minutes (3 minutes by car) to the fully-fledged Plus supermarket on the shopping square opposite the train station.

PRACTICAL POINTS
On arrival, please report to reception at the entrance to the park. Two passes are waiting for you here. This gives you access to the park, the bungalow and various facilities in the main building. Passes can be deposited in the mailbox at the exit barriers after your stay. Do you arrive after 17.00 hours (on Friday after 20.00 hours)? If so, please notify the reception in advance (telephone 0524 44 21 00). The reception will then let you know where you can pick up the passes.
Final cleaning is included Leaving the bungalow tidy and broom clean is sufficient.
You pay 100 euro deposit. If you leave the bungalow neat and tidy, we will refund the deposit to your bank account within a week. Is there anything broken in the bungalow? Or are you missing inventory? Please inform the reception on the day of arrival.
Deposit: 50% of the invoice to be paid within 7 days after receipt of booking confirmation. Remainder no later than 6 weeks and deposit no later than 1 week before arrival.
Cancel up to 14 days before stay free of charge
Cancel up to 7 days before stay 25% of total rent
Cancel in the last 3 days before stay 50% of total rent plus the first night and service costs.

Smoking is not allowed in the bungalow.
Small deviations in images, description and inventory are possible.
